    About The Role:  We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our very busy team.  We have an incredibly high volume of positions to fill and would like to add to our growing recruiting department.  

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the flow of incoming resumes from various sources
    • Screen potential candidates for open positions based on skills and fit with Performance Team culture
    • Present resumes to hiring managers with summary of candidate background for potential opportunities
    • Work with hiring managers to coordinate interviews
    • Partner with various HR staff members to facilitate background check and drug screen processes
    • Conduct reference checks
    • Ensure timely completion of hiring process
    • Assist with onboarding of new candidates
    • Communicate with candidates regularly regarding their pending status
    • Assist with various recruiting based tasks to support the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager
    • Write job descriptions for postings on various job boards
    • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process

    Qualifications

    • Experience in any related logistics/transportation/supply chain field is ideal, but not required (related acceptable industries i.e. manufacturing, production, etc.)
    • 5+ years recruiting experience REQUIRED
    • Previous passive candidate recruitment & cold calling experience required
    • Results driven & competitive nature desired
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
    • Strong written skills are an absolute must
    • Must be able to multi-task but remain focused
    • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining candidate quality
