    Summary: We are currently searching for a strong candidate to manage shipping operations in a Parts Distribution Center. The successful candidate will support a schedule that includes Saturday operations managing upwards of 15+ hourly employees. This position will also support Quality and Inventory Management.


    1st shift role, Monday-Friday

    • Ensures all established safety policies and practices are followed
    • Ensures quality is within standard
    • Ensure productivity is within standard
    • Ensure delivery services are within standard
    • Optimizes the utilization of labor resources, usage of supplies, and equipment
    • Oversee picking, packing, inventory research, and FedEx metering


    • Manage upwards of 15+ hourly employee across the Parts Distribution Center.


    • Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • FedEx and Inventory Management experience highly desired. 
    • Spanish speaking skills a plus.


    • Must be a strong operational leader
    • Significant experience managing safety, quality, productivity, labor planning, and inventory management
    • Strong background RF, WMS and general systems
