    About The Role: The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for motivating a team of Associates to deliver on daily operational goals while focusing on quality and safety. The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for all inbound activities in our warehouse and is responsible for setting standards and leading the team to achieve these standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen and the ability to problem solve. This individual will also perform research and analysis, and assist in the design and development of distribution processes which include quality, safety, cost reduction and operations to facilitate continuous process improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish daily productivity goals and monitor daily performance to achieve these goals
    • Observe team member activities and work methods to recommend areas of growth opportunity
    • Analyze, interpret, and react to productivity, accuracy, quality, and efficiency metrics
    • Coach team members towards meeting goals
    • Instill a level of ownership into the team so they take pride in their work
    • Assist in training team members on inbound processes and equipment
    • Assist the Operations Manager in problem resolution relating to production, standard operating procedures, safety and quality
    • Evaluate the performance of team members and communicate feedback regarding job performance and expectations in a timely manner
    • May serve on cross-functional teams
    • May perform other duties as needed

    Qualifications

    • Five or more years of warehouse, shipping/outbound including at least three years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution center
    • Computer experience (Outlook/Excel/Word) with the ability to learn other various platforms
    • Comfort level working in a fast-paced environment
    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • Experience training, coaching and motivating a team in a high-growth environment
    • Hands-on manager with strong customer service, managerial, analytical, communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to embody our organization's values, mission and vision and communicate them to the team
    • Ability to work Sunday - Thursday and overtime as needed for the business
