    About The Role: We are looking for four Operations Managers for our Redlands locations (actual facilities to be determined, but will be in Redlands) to oversee 3-4 areas of operations (Shipping, Receiving, Processing or Inventory). 


    Shift: We are open to either first shift or second shift candidates.


    • Manages a large scale operational department and all activities related to the processing of customer orders and development of company processes by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
    • Implements, improves and maintains the operational functions of the department while achieving effective and efficient service to the customer with a focus on quality, productivity, safety and loss prevention.
    • Establishes productivity and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains adherence through follow up and due diligence.
    • Plans, schedules, and manages the daily work activities within the department to meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPI’s).
    • The candidate must be able to work with a warehouse management system (WMS) and RF technology in the performance of their duties.
    • Will supervise up to 100 employees.


    • Ideal candidate has a 4 year college degree, however, we will consider candidates who have the above background without the degree
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
